Request Account & Data Deletion

You have full control over your personal data. You can delete your Sada account directly inside the mobile app, or submit a manual deletion request on this page.

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion

  1. Open the Sada app on your Android device.
  2. Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
  3. Tap the settings icon or select Account Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.

In-app deletion immediately erases your profile, authentication credentials, favorites, and playlists.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, submit your registered account email below. Our team will verify and process your deletion within 48 hours.

What data is deleted?

  • Authentication credentials and login sessions
  • User profile, display name, avatar, and contact info
  • Playlists, favorites, and playback history
  • Push notification tokens (FCM)
